Argo Energia Empreendimentos e Participações S.A.

Argo is a holding company owner of three concessions in Brasil part of the national power transmission system. It will operate in the States of Ceará, Maranhao, Minas Gerais, Piauí, y Rondonia. It will count with 1,460km of electric transmission grids at 500kv and 230 kV and 11 substations, once the construction of Argo II and Argo II concessions is finalized. These concessions end in 2047.

The most relevant project in Argo, Argo I, represents 80% of awarded income and began its operations at the end of 2019. The Argo II project is in the pre-operational phase with the first compensator POC in July 2021 and the second compensator in January 2022. The Argo III Project receives 87.6% of the RAP since July 2020 with the expectation of receiving 100% of the RAP in 4Q2021.
On March 25th, 2020, the acquisition of Argo was finalized and Red Eléctrica de Brasil (REB) with GEB acquired each one in equal parts 100% of Argo Energía common shares.
