New Chief Financial officer in EEB

Bogotá, December 2nd 2013. Empresa de Energía de Bogota S.A. ESP (EEB), headquarter of Grupo Energia de Bogota, announces that Jorge Armando Pinzon Barragan, current Chief Financial Officer, is going to retire since November 30th 2013. He has held this position since 1997, after the end of the successful transformation process of the company, and he has played a key role along the diversification and expansion processes initiated in 2002 by EEB.

Mr. Pinzon career with EEB initiated in 1982 and has spanned more than 30 years and prior to the CFO position he held several executive positions in the financial area.  The Board of Directors and everyone on the company, thank Mr. Pinzón for his dedication and contribution to the EEB’s and Grupo EB growth.

Mr. Felipe Castilla will take the position of CFO since December 2nd 2013. Mr. Castilla was previously CFO in ContourGlobal Latinoamerica since February 2012 to November 2013. He also held the position of CFO in REFICAR – Refineria de Cartagena since January 2008 to February 2012. He is a Civil Engineer from Universidad de los Andes and obtained a Master of Science degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Campaign (1988) and a postgraduate program in finance from EAFIT (1995).
