Extraordinary general shareholders assembly integration of EEB’s board of directors

Bogotá D.C., September 4 2014. EEB’s General Assembly of Shareholders, through an extraordinary meeting held this afternoon, modified the Board of Director’s composition of Empresa Energía de Bogota (EEB), head of Grupo Energía de Bogotá.

This change is primarily due to vacancies resulting from resignations of several members, which were necessary to cover in order to ensure meeting the statutory quorum and therefore, the proper functioning of the Board.

The election of new Board members is part of the strategy of having qualified directors, to continue with the development of plans and projects that the company has programmed for the short, medium and long term.

With this new integration, the Board maintains high academic and professional profile, his experience on issues related to the development of city projects and its wide trajectory
