EEB Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Elects New Board of Directors

Bogotá, D.C., May 8, 2014. The Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of Empresa de Energía de Bogotá holding of Grupo Energía de Bogotá, nominated new members for its Board of Directors.

At the meeting held today at the premises of EEB, the Assembly adopted the proposal presented for the election of the members of the Board of Directors, which was approved by the majority of attending shareholders.

The Board of Directors elected by the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting is composed as follows:

In Public Utilities companies (ESP for its acronym in Spanish) the appointment of members of the Board of Directors is made in accordance to the Company's shareholding. Additionally, members who act as independent in the new Board of Directors are Mauricio Cabrera, Mauricio Cardenas Müller and Claudia Castellanos.
