Grupo Energía Bogotá is recognized by Great Place To Work for achieving a very satisfactory level in its work environment

Bogotá D.C., January 16, 2020. The renowned international firm Great Place To Work recognized the great work that Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB) has been doing for having reached a very high satisfaction in its work environment.
This recognition is awarded to organizations whose work environment is above the market standards. Juan Carlos Carrillo, the firm's director, emphasized that the group "is an attractive employer in the country and also an example for the country.” This is the first time in GEB's history that such a result has been achieved in the measurement of its workplace environment.
Astrid Álvarez, the Group's CEO, highlighted that "this distinction motivates us to work with more enthusiasm for our employees and their families, which will result in better conditions for them and excellent results for the company".
Among the achievements highlighted by Great Place To Work, there is mainly the support of the Senior Management towards the welfare, development and leadership plans, among others, which turns the companies of the Group into family businesses that give great value to their human talent.
