Grupo Energía de Bogotá builds playgrounds in Cundinamarca
28 November 2016
Bogotá, November 28, 2016. Grupo Energía de Bogotá (GEB), as a part of its commitment to the well being and an improved quality of life for the inhabitants of the communities where the Group is present in Cundinamarca, erected 5 playgrounds in the rural areas of the department, with the aim of creating different entertainment alternatives for children.
The parks were assembled in the municipalities of Granada (district of San José), Medina (Police Inspection Office of Arenales), Ubalá (district of Boca de Monte, Police Inspection of Laguna Azul) and Gachetá (district of Moquentiva).
For GEB, supporting these initiatives is fundamental as they benefit adults and children living in rural districts, who may now enjoy access to a recreational space for leisure and sharing with their families.
GEB is present in Cundinamarca through electric infrastructure used in the operation known as "South Corridor - Bogotá System" and "Central Corridor", which are of great importance for the energy safety of the city of Bogotá.
